Local Orders Within the GTA

We offer local delivery services within select parts of the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery options, pricing, and availability depend on the delivery address and the option selected at checkout.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available in select Toronto core areas only. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm to qualify for same day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered the following day. Same day delivery availability may vary based on order volume and delivery capacity.

Same day delivery is not guaranteed outside select Toronto core areas.

GTA Coverage

Our local GTA delivery service applies to the following areas:

Toronto
North York
Etobicoke
Mississauga
Brampton

Addresses outside these areas fall under standard or extended GTA delivery.

If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for local GTA delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Extended GTA and Other Ontario Locations

Addresses outside the Toronto core and listed GTA areas are subject to standard delivery rates. Delivery timelines may vary based on distance and scheduling. If an incorrect delivery option is selected for a given location, delivery may be adjusted accordingly.

Canada Wide Shipping

For destinations outside the GTA, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout using Canada Post.

Orders outside the GTA are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

In Store Pickup

Free local pickup is available at:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at noiafricansupermarket@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.

Delivery options, pricing, and timelines are determined at checkout based on the delivery address provided. We reserve the right to adjust delivery methods or timelines if an incorrect shipping option is selected for a given location.
